Every job we do, whether it’s a repair, installation, or emergency call, comes with our one-year warranty on both labor and parts that we supply. You also get the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranty on the products or fixtures we provide. We guarantee that you’ll get honest work, done right, with clear communication from start to finish.

You’re covered for all our work:

• Repairs
  
• Installations
  
• Emergency plumbing and HVAC service
  
• Residential and commercial projects

The only exception is when you provide your own parts or fixtures. We can install them, but our guarantee only applies to the items we supply.

• If you supply your own parts or materials, we can’t guarantee those items. Our warranty covers only what we provide.
  
• Drain cleaning is included in our service, but we can’t promise future clogs won’t happen due to circumstances outside anyone’s control.

If something isn’t right after our visit, just call us. Have your invoice ready, or give us your name and address, and we’ll pull up your service record. Most claims are resolved within 24 to 48 hours. For parts with a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll help you get in touch with them if you need it.
